Returns & Refunds
Return window
Unopened fragrances may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to return
Contact us with your order number to begin a return. We will provide instructions and a return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.
