Where we ship
ALLUNE currently ships within the Philippines. International shipping will be introduced as we expand — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is a flat ₱150, or complimentary on orders over ₱500. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but will help track any order that exceeds the expected window.
